This farm has 5926 ha total,  The farm has a good fence around the whole 5926 ha.  

• 500 ha has been cropped 7 years and has 6 tons of lime

• 625 ha has been cropped 6 years and has 4 tons of lime

• 415 ha has been cropped 5 years and has 4 tons of lime

• 600 ha have been limed with 4 tons for 7 years and is in grass.  This 600 ha is ready to farm with good production potential the first year.

• 300 ha was limed with 3 tons and disked 2 years ago.  This will need to be disked two more times and will be ready to farm.

• 1600 to 1800 ha has been chained and is ready to disk and lime

• 600 ha is pasture and is fenced and cross fenced and has water piped to all different pastures

• 1150 ha is in its natural state.

• The farm has a very good set of covered working pens. It has livestock scales and a state of the art squeeze chute for working cattle at the headquarters.

The headquarters consists of the following:

• 1 new house with 2 rooms and 2 baths with showers for the owners to live.

• 1 large house for manager approx 180 sq meters

• 1 3 rooms and 2 bath workers dormitory

• 1 large cook shack with living quarters for cook

• 1 barn for tractors and equipment

• 1 water tower

• 1 water well and pump

• 1 generator to furnish electricity for houses, barn and scales

• 1 new truck scales and office, will handle the largest trucks.

The farm is planted this year to 170 ha of cotton, 1080 ha of soybeans and 200 ha of corn.

The farm has all clearing permits in place and approved reserve. It is permitted for 80% cultivated land and 20% reserve.

The farm has a well maintained landing strip and a new hanger for the airplanes

The south boundary is the Rio Pratudinho River, the Rio has running water all year. This is a very beautiful river.
